1. About Us
MyFarmer ("we", "us", "our") operates a mobile application that connects buyers with local farm sellers. We are registered in England and Wales.

2. What We Are
MyFarmer is a listing and discovery platform only. We are NOT a retailer, trader, seller, agent, or party to any transaction between a buyer and a farmer. All transactions are made directly and independently between the buyer and the farmer.
3. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the MyFarmer app, you agree to these Terms in full. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, all activity under your account, and ensuring all information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Fees & Subscriptions (Farmers)
Buyers use MyFarmer free of charge. Farmers pay £5.00/month per farm account.
Launch Offer: Farm accounts registered before 1st July 2026 list free until 1st July 2026. From that date, the standard £5.00/month subscription applies.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically
- No minimum contract — cancel anytime
- On cancellation, listings remain active until the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
6. Refund Policy
- Full refund available within 14 days of your first paid charge
- No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
- Refunds processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days

7. No Buyer Transactions Processed
MyFarmer does not process, handle, or store any payments between buyers and farmers. All prices are set by the farmer. All purchases are made directly and off-platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform status. MyFarmer is a listing and discovery platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and farmers, and we do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any product, service, or information provided by any farmer.
8.2 No warranty. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representation that: (a) the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) product information (prices, stock levels, availability, opening hours, or descriptions) is accurate or current; or (c) any particular farm or product will remain available.
8.3 Exclusion of losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyFarmer shall not be liable to you for:
- any loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, or anticipated savings;
- any loss of data, goodwill, or reputation;
- any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind;
- any loss, damage, illness, injury, or death arising from products discovered, purchased, or consumed via the platform;
- any failure, delay, dispute, or loss arising from a transaction between a buyer and a farmer;
- any inaccuracy in, or reliance on, information displayed on the platform; or
- any interruption, suspension, modification, or withdrawal of the platform or any feature of it.
8.4 Liability cap. Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms (whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to MyFarmer in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) £50.
8.5 Mandatory exceptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Account Deletion & Data After Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate statistics and moderation records may be retained. Stripe retains billing records for 6 years as required by HMRC.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the app.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
